Indiana University
Kelley School of Business
Full-time, non-tenure-track Lecturer Positions
Department of Business Law & Ethics
Posted 1/25/26

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington seeks applications for full-time, non-tenure-track lecturer positions in the Department of Business Law and Ethics, effective Fall 2026. The candidate(s) selected will join a well-established department of 29 full-time faculty members who teach a variety of residential and online courses on legal topics, business ethics, and critical thinking at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Lecturers have teaching and service responsibilities but are not expected to engage in research activities. To be qualified, a US-based JD is preferred; however, an attorney without a JD but licensed to practice law in the US may be considered. A candidate must demonstrate the potential to be an outstanding teacher, provide meaningful service, and contribute positively to the learning community. While we welcome applicants interested in teaching a diverse range of classes in the areas of business law and business ethics (broadly defined), the position is focused on helping the department meet its primary obligation to the school by teaching the introductory course on business law and/or the required business ethics course.

Interested candidates should review the application requirements and submit their application at https://indiana.peopleadmin.com/postings/31966. Candidates may direct questions to Professor Angie Raymond, Department Chair (angraymo@iu.edu).

Application materials received by February 25, 2026, will be assured of consideration. However, the search will continue until the position(s) is/are filled.
